For REPLACEMENT / REPAIR, you must submit a new PO to iAIRE along with the RMA #. If the product(s) are under warranty iAIRE will ship the replacement(s). A credit will be applied to the new PO once the damaged / defective product(s) have been returned to iAIRE.
For CREDITS, a credit will be applied to your account once the returned or damaged / defective product(s) have been received by iAIRE and are verified to be under warranty
